Refund policy

We want you to love your experience with The Leafy Wellness. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy:

* Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

* To request a cancellation, please email info@theleafywellness.com / theleafywellness@gmail.com with your order number.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products (nutritional consumables), we do not offer refunds once the product is delivered unless:

* The product is damaged or defective.

* You received the wrong item.

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll initiate a replacement or refund (as applicable).

Non-Refundable Situations:

* Opened, used, or tampered products

* Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics (unless undelivered)

* Incorrect address or customer unavailability

All refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
